Who owns our data and the system?+
You own your data, knowledge, documents and customer-specific configuration. 4TRAITS retains the reusable platform IP, including core BUILTRIQ and ALSTAR technology, and licenses the production system. Bespoke source-code transfer is optional only through a separate signed buyout with commercial terms agreed privately with the team.
Is BUILTRIQ an ERP replacement?+
BUILTRIQ is a construction operations layer. It connects the tender-to-closeout workflow, departmental approvals, documents and AI work in one operating record. The exact handoff to an existing ERP or accounting stack is scoped during the walkthrough.
Can an AI agent approve or send something by itself?+
Only inside the boundary your business defines. The default pattern is propose → approve → execute: the agent prepares the work, an authorised person reviews it, and the approved action is recorded in the audit trail.
Does it support Arabic?+
Yes. The platform supports English and Arabic, including right-to-left interfaces, while keeping project codes, amounts, dates and document references clear in both languages.
Can we start with one department?+
